My name is Donna and I accidentally married a yoga teacher. I say "accidentally" because it's not like I was on some sort of mystical path to zenlighenment upon which I met my beloved and we decided to live yogily-ever-after in twisted poses. Nope. While the story of our coming together is for another time, what matters is this: I am a woman who gravitates toward treats and away from exercise and here I am helping run my husband's yoga studio.
So I have a choice: remain a hypocrite in the world of wellness or get my act together and get healthy. I'm choosing the latter and going public with it. The good news is that God wants me to be healthy and has put His amazing Creation at my disposal to support this. Read more.
